FAQ Face Cleansers

Q: How often can I use it?

A: Everyday. Twice a day. But at least once a day you should be cleansing your face. 

Q: Can I apply it directly to the face?

A: Yes but if you wet your hands out face first this will give it some slip and allow it to lather. 

Q: How do I cleanse my face?

A: Pump a small amount unto the hands and apply in a circular motion to the face. Cleanse the face for approximately one minute in a circular motion. Rinse and pat dry

Q: Will this dry my face out?

A: Absolutely not. We've added in hydrating ingredients to work with your skin's natural oil so it will not strip it.

Q: Do I need to avoid the eye area?

A: No. It can be used around the eyes. Just don't get it in the eyes. If you do rinse the eyes with water to avoid irritation.

Q: How long before I see results?

A: Everything takes time. When adding a new product into your regimen we say give it two weeks.

 

FAQ Body Buffs

Q: What exactly are Body Buffs?

A: Body Buffs are our exfoliating sugar scrubs packed with hydrating oils to help exfoliate that dead skin away, prevent ingrown hairs and tackle rough skin.

Q: How often can I use a Body Buff?

A: We suggest every 3-5 days to keep your skin feeling soft and aid in preventing those ingrown hairs. 

Q: Can these be used on the private area?

A: They can be used on your private area but please don't use them On the most sensitive areas like the labia.

Q: Won't these be too harsh for the skin?

A: No we only use Organic fine grain cane sugar for our body buffs. This grain is so small it won't cause any tears like coarser grain salts or shells

                              FAQ Body Butter 

Q: What happens if it comes melted?

A: Pop it in the fridge for 15 mins. It will solidify and can be used again. 

FAQ Face Toners

Q: What are Face toners?

A: Face toners help to balance and restore the pH in your skin after cleansing. They also help to remove any excess dirt that wasn't picked up after cleansing.

Q: How often can you use a Face Toner?

A: We recommend using the face toners directly after cleansing and before you apply your moisturizer.

Q: How many times a day can I use the Face Toner?

A: If you're cleansing your face two times a day like we recommend. The face Toner can be used twice a day.  

Q: How do you use a Face Toner?

A: Directly after cleansing spray a few sprays onto the face or a cotton round and pat or wipe into the face before applying moisturizer.

 

 FAQ Soaps

Q: How do I make my Soaps last longer?

A: Allow your soap to thoroughly dry all the way through by placing it in a dry place or a soap dish.

Q: Do you test on animals?

A: Absolutely not. We also make sure the supplies that we use in our soaps and all of our products that the companies do not test on animals.

Q: I'm allergic to fragrance. Do you have any soaps for me?

A: Yes. We have a Unscented Shea and Cocoa Butter Soap that has absolutely no fragrance in it.

Q: Can I use the soap for my Hair?

A: You definitely can. All of our soaps are made with moisturizing oils and butters that are safe and Non stripping for the hair.

Q: How long do your soaps stay fresh?

A: Years! That's right years. All of our soaps will last beyond a year if they've been covered and away from the sun and heat. The fragrance may fade over time but they're still useable.

 FAQ Face Serums

Q: How do I use the Face Serum?

A: Our facial serums can be applied to face after cleansing and toning. Apply a small amount to the hands or face a rub into the skin in a circular motion

Q: Why do you use oil?

A: Oils have been known to penetrate into deep layers of the skin which is why we use them.

They also are restorative. 

Q: If I acne can I still use the Face Serum?

A: Yes. Even if you have acne or oily skin you can use a facial oil. Your skin can still be dry and to hydrate it you need to apply a face Serum. Don't be afraid, this won't make you produce more oil it will help to restore hydration to it.

Q: Will the Face Serum cause my skin to clog?

A: No we use all Noncomedogenic oils in our face serums.
