Damaged/Missing Items Policy

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so that we can get it fixed. Please take a photo of your damaged package and items. Send the photos in your email to customerservice@dluxearomacollc.com with the subject Damaged Item(s) so that we can file a claim and get your items back out to you quickly.

If your package is missing an item(s) please take a photo of the contents in your package and send us a email to customerservice@dluxearomacollc.com with the order number a message of the items that you're missing. We will be able to communicate and take the next appropriate steps to fulfill your order.
